Congratulations to FF/PM Phil Lesniak and FF/PM Kevin Canchola on the completion of their one-year probationary period. Both were presented with a black FIREFIGHTER helmet shield to replace the orange probationary helmet shield. Phil and Kevin have proven to be valuable and dedicated members. I look forward to many more years of their service to our residents.
