Last month fire district board president John Tammen appointed John Goode to serve as a member of the Board of Fire Commissioners. As a fire commissioner, Mr. Goode will oversee the hiring, promotion, and discipline of full time employees of the PHFPD. Mr. Goode brings with him a wealth of experience as a planning consultant as well experiences in professional development. Mr. Goode will serve a three-year term that spans all of calendar years 2021, 2022, and 2023.
