With sorrow we announce the death of retired Fire Chief Donald Gould Sr. Chief Gould Sr. served the Prospect Heights Fire District and our community from 1959 until retiring as Fire Chief in 1988.Gould Sr. is the father of current Fire Chief Donald Gould Jr. who currently serves as chief since 1988. During Gould Sr. 20 year tenure as fire chief from 1969 until 1988 his accomplishments included the first fire station expansion, new modern fire apparatus purchases, and establishment of paramedic ambulance service.

Chief Gould Sr. has lived in Tarpon Springs Florida for the last decade and arrangements are still pending.
